i feel ashamed when i say people and friends that i want to become a film maker.
the poster that you can see is taken when the shooting is going on for a film called
TAKKARI and i cant say the meaning of the title because there is no meaning, it is taken from a typical mass slang of telugu language. i asked the director what sort of film it is, i mean is it a horror? a comedy movie? or a family drama? can you imagine what answer he gave, he told TAKKARI -- is a different film. the person wearing blue short and a towel on his neck is the director of the film. and dont be shocked beacuse he is very very creative. if you observe in the pic he is staring at the heroine and doing nothing , i think he got some creative thought at that time. my gardener and my car driver looks good that this guy. he made three films and one was a hit and so he was given another chance and it was a flop and now he is making another flop. he is basically a dance master, and i dont know why he came into direction and i cant even imagine what stories or what sort of films he is thinking.
if i go to hyderabad and say that i have done my MBA and done my course in film making, done few short films and i write few blogs nad i have a web site i will get a very bad response from them.
a person who doesnt know the difference between screen play and script or a person who doesnt have any knowledge about society or about the problems that we are facing etc etc are worth to direct a telugu film. i am not agaist the language or the way the films are made. i ask people to stop watching it and do you really need that fucking shit and did any movie really entertain you. if the movie is slow people say it a documentary or an art film. i really wonder what will be the situiation if such directors meet people like mani ratnam, sanjay lella, rajkumar santhoshi etc etc i did not go for hollywood because these people raise a slogon tollywood zindabad.
the main story line of the previous films of this so called creative director is love. hero heroine love , heroine hero love, heroine exposing, 6 songs and 3 fights ...khallas, film katham and will be released on some festival day and as every one knows it will be another disaster, people talk abpout the film for few days and after 100 days you can hear the name of the film in PAGE 3 that the producer and heroine and music director celebrated 100 days function for the success and in the function the producer announced another film. hero is not yet confirmed, heroine ???? you may get some beautiful girl a day before the film starts.
thsi si what is going on in telugu film industry. now if i say any one that i want to make a film i am sure they will laugh at me.

our telugu film industry has become like one business i dnt kno if am putting right i hve seen so many films r released tho they r utter flop they wil b celebrating 100 day functions n all i think its gonna take time fr them to relize .. each n everyone want to make a movie i mean they r nt sticking to thr feild they r gud at they want to try thr hand ...so many movies r relesaed till nw they r not able to produce a quality movie ...sum r the other u can point out silly negative points frm that movies...its nice to c ur post u hve expressed bluntly i wish if they cud c ur post n gve a thought .....keep posting.
what a dumb ass why would even try making movies in telugu people like you are the ones who f###ed up the whole Industry.
I really agree to Jan. Telugu film industry has much more to learn other than love and action movies.
